Our Process
IVK Remodeling offers a 4 step process on your dream project. It begins with a simple conversation about the project itself and ends with a smile on your face! Below are the steps.
1. On-Site Consultations
Our Estimate Consultant will meet with you and discuss the details over project and walk you through the process.
2. Pricing
Once the walkthrough is completed, we send the details to our team which will estimate the labor cost.
After the estimation process is complete, we will contact you via email and schedule a follow-up meeting
3. Production
Once the contract had been signed and down payment received we will begin scheduling and work.
We understand that at home construction may be loud and noisy, we'll do everything in our hands to minimize the disruption in you life.
4. Completeion
This is the best step out of all four. After everything is complete, we will schedule a walk through with you to show you, your finished dream project.
